Ryszard S. Michalski
George Mason University
ABSTRACT
The talk will present the motivation and principles of natural induction,
a process of inductive knowledge discovery from data that aims at
creating hypotheses that are directly interpretable in natural
language and easy to comprehend. We will briefly describe the AQ approach
to pattern discovery using natural induction, and illustrate it by
selected practical results.
