This presentation provides a preview of new and enhanced statistical software in SAS 9.1, the latest version of SAS, which began shipping early in 2004. Areas of new development are model assessment techniques for generalized linear models and proportional hazards models; regression diagnostics for mixed models; survey data analysis; multiple imputation for missing data; robust regression and outlier detection; power and sample size analysis; multithreaded processing; statistical distance computations; and statistical graphics using ODS (the Output Delivery System).
